The Grandview Resort is a vacation ownership resort where we reserve weekly intervals beginning on a Fri, Sat, or Sun. We require a 5 night minimum stay and our pricing reflects a discount for the entire week if interested. Upon check in the resort requires a $35 /week resort fee for wifi and all other amenities and requires a $150 security deposit against any room charges with a full refund if no charges.
