Hi! For the most part, I let my guests have their trip independently. The house manual has a ton of details about my place, but if there are any questions, feel free to ask away!
The Pleasant Ridge neighborhood in Cincinnati is a true gem. You can walk to restaurants, parks, bars, comics and music shops, a cobbler, salons, and more from right here. The closest grocery is only a mile away. I’ve pointed out a few of our favorite places in or close to the neighborhood in our house manual.
The neighborhood is walkable to nearly all necessities--restaurants & recreation alike. I've put in the house manual the restaurants, bars, coffee places, shops, & groceries you can get to on foot. You can very easily drive or bus down town to all the stadiums, museums, gardens, parks, and more that make Cincinnati to beautiful.

Pets:
The space is pet-friendly. We make the space welcoming to pets and kiddos. As my home, I’ve had pets in the building. You can expect some evidence of cats and dogs here, despite detailed and thorough cleaning. If you have severe allergies to cats or dogs, this may not be the home for you. Pets must be approved ahead of time and require an added $10 per day per pet charge to cover additional cleaning costs.
We want your pets to feel as welcome so we provide paw towels, poop bags, food and water bowls, and Nature's Miracle Dog Stain Cleaner. However we ask that they not go on the beds or furniture and that you put all of their waste in the outdoor garbage can. Please bring all other supplies needed for your pets--crate, food, litter, etc. All pets must be crated when guests are out of the house.
Please don't bring unapproved pets- they will result in a $150 charge or $15 per day per pet, whichever is more.
You can park off street and on street at the house. You can walk to any necessity or recreation spot without leaving the neighborhood. If you can't or don't want to go by foot, there is free or cheap parking throughout.
