Outside needs work

Overall the house was nice and clean. The only issue with the inside of the house was that the master bedroom AC did not work well. It was at least 10 degrees hotter and no one could sleep comfortably in that room. It wasn’t much of a problem since we had an extra room that we slept in instead. As for the outside, on arrival the pool was a mess with leaves, twigs, and pollen. The only patio umbrella was broken, the patio cushions were dirty and old with bird poop on them. The pavers needed weeding. We spent a good hour sweeping, cleaning up the back yard, and skimming the pool so the kids would want to swim and we would be comfortable sitting out there. For the price we would not stay there again.
