About this property

Looking for the perfect place to tie the knot? The perfect place to make your event completely unique? This 8000 sqft home is on an over an acre of land and has lots of space to host large weddings, showers, holiday parties and much more. Also with lots of bedrooms to be able to relax and enjoy your event with no rush of leaving at a certain time. This is an entire house, with 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms with walk in showers, able to sleep 20 easily. There are 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms set up as a bride and groom suite. Also one guest bathroom by the entrance. A full kitchen with large fridge and freezer, another fridge in pantry, an under counter drink fridge , and another full size drink fridge, along with a commercial ice machine that can be turned when needed. The kitchen also has three ovens, two dishwashers and a microwave. The stove is induction and pots and pans are provided. A cooks dream come true.!

Great Host/Property

Ligia, the owner was amazingly great! She was responsive and very friendly. The property was clean, up to date, beautiful, spacious, and well equipped to meet all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property and owner for your stay/event! She helped make our wedding a beautiful day to remember!!

Phoenix Stay

The rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are fantastic. Ligia is a great host and is responsive. The kitchen is gourmet level and the backyard is gorgeous. The pros out weigh any cons, perfect place for a large group gathering.
