Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom cottage nestled along the scenic shores of Georgina. This lakeside paradise offers the perfect escape for both family and friends.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings with lakeside picnics and outdoor activities. The cottage features a 3-season Muskoka room (not-heated) , ideal for lively games of table tennis and taking in the breathtaking views.

Head to the basement for an entertainment haven, complete with an arcade game and a bar table for socializing. Additionally, we've created a game room extravaganza, featuring a poker table and a snooker table for indoor enjoyment.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a fire pit and a barbecue is provided for delightful cookouts. During warmer seasons, take advantage of the kayaks(not available in winter) provided for a leisurely paddle on the lake. Although the lake is not accessible in winter, the cottage's charm remains, offering a cozy winter retreat.

Conveniently located just 7 minutes from Sibbald Point Provincial Park, our cottage is surrounded by attractions such as Georgina Pioneer Village, a military museum, and Willow Beach Conservation Area—all within a 10-minute drive.

Peaceful spot on the river

We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. The setting is very peaceful on a dead-end street, and the backyard is right on the Black River. House was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches for visiting guests. Host communication was clear, detailed and timely.

Nice place for a getaway

Lovely place for a getaway. Has options for boating through the river from the property itself as well as barbeque which we did not utilize. Lots of gaming activities like table tennis, pool and a playing table to keep busy. Near to Lake Simcoe and Sibbald Point provincial park. Property is well kept and maintained.
