Located next to Virginia Lake, you'll have a wonderful view of the lake as well as access to all the amenities Virginia Lake Park has to offer including picnic spots, a playground, paths and a dog park. Inside the home you will find everything you need for a stress free trip; a spacious kitchen fit for all your cooking needs no matter how great or small, and a furnished.

Lakeview cottage provides fast Wi-Fi, garage parking (including access to a Tesla charger!), and an outdoor fire pit and grill. We also have Hulu set up that guest are able to use free of charge and and access to other streaming sites you can long into if you choose predownloaded on both TVs.

Other Things to Note
- Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $1,500.00 in damages done to the property.
- Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
- Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
- Any stay longer than 10 days will require a mid-stay cleaning. This will be no extra cost to the guest and a cleaning time will be agreed upon before cleaners arrive at the property.
