The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors
-As per HOA, no pets allowed

Padre Island Stay

very nice and roomy accommodations with 3 full baths. Furnishings and furniture were top of the line and tastefully done. The weather was pathetic so we did not get to use the pool or stay outside. Another time and would do it here.
