Serene 3 bed home near downtown

Welcome to Casita Augustina, where you can leave your stress at the door! This calming 3 bed, 2 bath home is centrally located to all St. Augustine has to offer. We're a mile to San Sebastian winery and the start of downtown St. Augustine, and a quick drive to Vilano Beach and St. Augustine Beach.

As you walk into the home, you immediately enter the living room outfitted with a leather couch and 65" smart TV. Curl up after a day exploring our amazing city and log in to any of your favorite streaming app. To your left you will find a hallway that leads to the queen bedroom, twin bedroom (2 twin beds + 1 twin trundle), and full guest bathroom. Each of the bedrooms down this hallway includes a dedicated workspace for any of your work from (vacation) home needs. Beyond the living room is the dining room with a table seating 6 people. An additional 4 seats are available in our bar seating area. The open kitchen includes all the appliances and gear you need to make a quick bite or a full meal. To the left find the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Just past the laundry room is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The back patio is accessible from the kitchen and the primary suite. Outside, enjoy our covered patio area with comfortable seating and a fan to keep you cool. Grill the day's catch on our propane grill while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.

Florida is home to lots of bugs and wildlife including lizzards, spiders, mosquitos, ants, palmetto bugs and more. We employ regular pest control at our property, but if you leave the doors or windows open, they will find their way into the house.
