Anniversary Weekend
We had booked our stay from Friday until Monday. The front door has a keyless entry, but you still have to check in at a front desk in order to get the code. Upon entry to the cabin there is a very big flight of stairs leading to the main level of the cabin. The living area was nice and open. The games were a mess and dvds were ones we never heard of. We couldn't figure out what controllers worked the TV either. There are blinds on the doors in the living room that can't be opened. The downstairs bathroom could have used a bathmat for the shower, but it was nice. There were two bedrooms and a loft bed. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom, which had a king size bed, the first night (another flight of stairs). It was very hard and the room was very hot. We ended up making our way back downstairs to the other bedroom, which had a queen size bed that was very lumpy and small. My husband is 6'3". We barely got any sleep our first night. We bought a fan to try and make it cooler upstairs but gave up because of how hard the bed was. We crammed in the queen for another night of uncomfortable sleep. At one point my husband laid on the couch to try and get some sleep. So romantic for an anniversary trip. The yard was cute. It was fenced and would be great for a large dog, our Schnauzer was able to escape through the wrought iron fence. Lack of sleep is a trigger for my husband's medical disorder, so we had to check out early. No offer for a refund. Won't stay again.
