Come relax at the “Mountain Nest by SHP". Take in the beautiful mountain views from the back deck. Open the indoor/outdoor lounge area with a bar and enjoy some local beer around the smokeless fire pit. Cook a gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen or use the covered outdoor grilling area. Enjoy sharing a meal around the either the indoor dining nook or the outdoor picnic table. There are king sized beds and TVs in every bedroom. Downtown Black Mountain is only a 15 minute walk away!

Home Away From Home

My husband and I have been staying in VRBOs for the last 20 years (including 14 of those years with our daughter). This home is by far the very best we have ever stayed in. The home is large, well laid out, beautifully decorated and full of wonderful amenities. Even what is provided is above and beyond, from food storage containers to chip clips to shampoo/conditioner to a sewing kit. And then there's the outdoor space. The deck, dining area, grilling area and fun shed are wonderful places to spend time outdoors. I think my family got tired of hearing me say "I would live in this house and not change a thing!" We have found ouur new home away from home in Black Mountain. We can't wait to stay here again!
