The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for big families and groups. Whether you're here for a vacation or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

BEDROOMS
The house has four big bedrooms on two levels, great for big families and groups.

The main bedroom is upstairs, with a cozy king-sized bed. You can put away your things in the big closet. There's a bathroom, Smart TV, and a desk in this room for work.

The other bedrooms are downstairs. Both the second and third bedrooms have king-sized beds, Smart TVs, and dressers for your stuff.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of double bunk beds for fun sleepovers. There's also a sofa bed in the game room for more guests.

There is also a sleeper sofa situated in the loft area on the second level of the house.

BATHROOMS
There are three full bathrooms, one on each level. All have soft towels and basic toiletries.

The upstairs bathroom is connected to the main bedroom and has a big walk-in shower. The main floor bathroom is by the living area and has a shower/tub combo. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a big walk-in shower.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The shared areas are on the second floor. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook family meals, like spacious countertops, modern appliances, and cooking utensils.

Grab a cup of coffee from the free coffee bar with a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The front porch has seating for two, perfect for a morning brew.

Next to the kitchen is a big dining table for six. You can also eat outside on the deck's six-person dining table.

The living room is a comfy place to unwind after a day outdoors. There's a sunroom with lots of windows for morning meditation, yoga, or just hanging out. There's also a loft with an overstuffed chair, bean bags, a Smart TV, and natural light from skylights.

GAME ROOM
The game room is a favorite spot. Enjoy Ms. Pacman, foosball, or stream a movie. There are also books and board games.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The house has a great outdoor area. The back deck has a dining table for six, a grill, and a tree house for kids. Relax in the four-person hot tub with jets and lights. We provide big towels just for the hot tub!

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property except for one owner’s closet. Including all its amenities and facilities, this includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Step into the outdoors; our neighborhood is embraced by stunning mountainous landscapes and hiking destinations. A mere 10 minutes to Green Mountain Falls, 13 minutes to Cascade-Chipita Park, 14 minutes to RTP Trailhead, and 14 minutes to Crystal Trailhead. Our residence is immersed in nature, offering breathtaking mountain views in every direction.

Getting Around:
Navigating the area is a breeze! You'll enjoy seamless access to diverse transportation options, enhancing your travel convenience. Moreover, our proximity to trailheads and mountain spots ensures an adventurous vacation, allowing you to explore the scenic beauty and outdoor wonders just a stone's throw away from your doorstep.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

All of the Smart TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. Please bring your login info for your streaming channels.

You are in the mountains of Colorado! You will probably see wildlife, but please observe from a distance. There are often deer, elk, and bears in Woodland Park and around our home. Please use the bear-proof trash bins for any trash, and do not leave trash or food outside. You may also see the occasional rodent, snakes, and bugs. Please just keep your distance and stay safe.
It is ILLEGAL to feed wildlife in Colorado. You could face a $100 fine for feeding wildlife. Keep your distance and NEVER feed any wild animals!
