In the heart of Vail Valley, this newly remodeled, newly furnished first floor condo is just 11 minutes (4.9 miles) to Beaver Creek Resort, 12 minutes (8.5 miles) to Vail Ski Resort, and a quick 30 minutes from Eagle/Vail Airport (EGE). Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Two parking spots. Wood burning fireplace. Gas grill. Wi-Fi and cable. Sonos surround sound. Your host is long time resident of Eagle County and lives less than 30 minutes away. Be our guest and experience why we love it here!
We thought of everything to make your mountain holiday the best possible. Leave your worries behind, your skis on the indoor rack and boots on the boot dryer.
Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace and watch TV in the living room. Download the Sonos app and listen to your favorites. Speakers throughout with volume control in each room, including the bathroom with jetted tub. Sound relaxing? We sure hope so.
Now let's start cookin'. First fill your glass from the ice maker and pour your favorite beverage. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything from food processor to pizza slicer, from blender to baking dishes. Pots and pans are Caphalon, knife set is German-engineered Henckels. We set it up as if we were living there ourselves, including an instant hot tap. Stay hydrated with the filtered cold water dispenser in the refrigerator. Microwave, dishwasher and the all-important coffee maker (pods or ground coffee).
Feel free to use the gas grill on the patio. Serve meals on the quartz kitchen peninsula with 4 barstools, the dining area expandable table with 6 chairs and a bench (seating for 8) or in nice weather, the table outside by the grill seats 6.
Getty Sleepy? The main has a TV, king bed en suite with large walk in shower. The 'guest' room has a queen bed and TV. In the large walk-in closet, you'll find a Pack and Play, iron and ironing board. Put your friends on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath with jetted tub is shared by the guest room and couch surfers.
Need to do laundry? No worries. We offer a full size washer and dryer.

Rooms were so hot. Could not control the heat. We woke up sweating. There are no basic items- sugar- foil- soap for washing. Other places we stayed had basic items until we could get to a store if needed. Sofa extremely uncomfortable- cushions slide right off when try to sit on it and not comfortable. Did have plenty of dishes and pans

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect, all new and super close to Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Laura was great to communicate with. The condo had everything we could have needed, kitchen was equip, games, and boot warmer. Thanks for a great stay!
