This lovely 6 yr old 3 bedroom home has an open floor plan, granite throughout, and partially finished basement with a ping pong and foosball table to keep you entertained after a day on the lake. It is an acre with over 125 ft of WF. It has a large back deck that is perfect for lounging. It is just a few steps to the 2 slip boat dock with swim pier on year round water. Only 1/2 mile to Lake Shore Marina and restaurant. It is convenient to the local grocery stores. It is only about 25 minutes to Cullman. It is a great area with less boat traffic!
