This bright apartment designed in a modern and colorful style, has four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. The bedrooms here are particularly stylish, thanks to the painted walls, high thread-count sheets, and pendant lighting, while parquet floors feature throughout.

We have a very strict method to count the people you are staying with, in case we find additional guest from the number of the booking you'll pay double fee: $600 pesos per night per guest We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 10 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Remember that in Mexico we do not have air conditioning or heating, we recommend you check the weather and bring suitable clothes for the season of your trip. Photo of official IDs might be asked for prior to your arrival.

Living room/kitchen: This apartment has a light-flooded living room with a cozy marble dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen make the stay a pleasant experience, designed in a modern style. Bedrooms: 4 five spacious bedrooms (one king , one queen, a double bed with a sofa bed and one with two single beds) Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms - one with bath, one with shower. One is divided in two and has the shower hidden in the living room, this will make it more comfortable to use the toilet separate from the shower. Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, Cable TV, Netflix and washing machine and dryer all included.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and other cooking supplies. The bathrooms are nice and clean and are equipped with shower, one hairdryer, towels and other amenities. No visitors are allowed in the apartment.

Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want.

Uber is cheap, safe and always available. You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the apartment.
