This is a quiet cozy neighborhood, most neighbors have lived here for many years. We are conveniently located less than 10 mins from the beach and downtown. Friendly neighbors and great local restaurants.

Modern stylish house with brand new appliances. We finished a complete renovation of this charming house and installed hurricane impact glass windows as well as blackout shades. Cozy screened in patio out back as well.
