The master suite has a king bed with a tub shower combo and the second bedroom has two twin beds.

The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Check in/out time: Check in is anytime after 4 PM and check out is anytime before 11 AM unless previously arranged with your host.
Check in Procedure: When you arrive at Peachtree Towers you will check in with the 24 hr concierge at the front desk. They will ask for your first and last name and you will need to show a Government issued I.D. All guests will need to show their ID unless they are minor children. Once access has been granted to enter the building, you will go to the condo and use the code for the electronic lock that was given prior to check in. Please make sure you have received the instructions and code before you get to the building. Once you enter the unit there will be a key fob hanging on a hook next to the door. You will use this to enter the building. Any lost fobs will result in a fine. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT DURING YOUR STAY. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE AT 770-500-6443 TO DISCUSS IF THE OPTION IS AVAILABLE.
Payment Policies: The credit card you provide will be used unless other arrangements are made. At the time of reservation, the full amount is due. Rates are subject to taxes and fees. All rates, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice. Any damage done to the condo will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancelations/Refunds: Your reservation is subject to the cancellation terms provided in your rental agreement at time of booking
Key fobs: Key fobs must be returned to the hook or you will inquire for a $50 fee.
Cleaning fee: Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the home. All food and drink spills should be cleaned up as they occur. Food and drink spills on carpet are considered to be damage, not normal wear and tear. Refrigerators should be emptied of all food and free of spills. All used dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle. Additional housekeeping charges may also be applied in the occurrence of damage reported by staff.
House rules: Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit, additional fines and rental amount.
In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably practicable.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules.
Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance.
We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and vacation rental cleaning. If the items are found there will be a retrieval fee, and shipping costs. Any items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to the local homeless shelter.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Guests can only smoke outdoors in the designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtray provided. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in loss of the security deposit.
Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out.
Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first.
In case any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay for the repair costs from the security deposit.
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood and visitor numbers.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have signed.
We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules.
In any case, please use common sense while staying in our house. If you’re unsure about any of the house rules and require further clarification, please give us a call.
No pets at all allowed in the building or on the property.

Parking: There is no onsite parking for this building but there are plenty of paid public parking lots/garages surrounding the building. Here are a few that are closest: 17 Baker St, AAA Parking Garage 31 Baker St, 337 W Peachtree St or a simple Google search will give you more information and options.
Please note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle or possessions left unattended in the vehicle. Please pay attention to the signs posted and never leave any valuables in plain sight.
