Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Enjoy many sandy beaches nearby! The resort amenities include a heated pool with a grill BBQ area, fitness room, and front desk. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina.

*Please note that all reservations will be charged a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort and is in no way affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

This property is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.

During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently available but this is subject to change. There is also beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.

*NOTICE* Royal Kahana Resort will be undergoing a multi-week spalling project starting January 4, 2024. The noise associated with the repairs is expected to last several weeks and is scheduled for five days per week, starting no earlier than 9:00 am and ending no later than 4:00 pm. We apologize for the noise and Mahalo for your understanding.*

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
