Our condo is tucked away on a quiet street while only being a five minute drive to Northstar. You can enjoy a quiet morning surrounded by the beautiful pine trees and then enjoy a fun day at the NPOA Recreation Center!
Our home is split level:
-Bottom level has the bunk room, queen room, full bathroom, and laundry room.
- Upstairs there is another full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and deck.
HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
☆ NORTHSTAR AMENITIES: With your stay we provide 2 Northstar amenity passes. Each pass will allow you to bring 8 people with a small access fee per person per day. The passes allow you to access the Rec Center, Golf Course (additional fees may apply), indoor pool, and other amenities.
☆ PARKING: We will provide 2 parking passes and the parking outside of the unit is unassigned.
☆ COMPLIMENTARY NORTHSTAR SHUTTLE: Northstar-California operates a complimentary shuttle service for the members of NPOA and as our guest, you get access to! The shuttle is operated on a seasonal basis during the summer and winter seasons with varying hours of operation. Shuttle users will have to use an app located by searching the app store for Northstar Village Transit. Please note the delivery location for the shuttle may vary based on parking capacity and traffic flows at the base of the mountain. Most days, shuttle service is available directly to and from the NPOA Recreation Center, but drop offs and pick ups may be limited to the transportation circle at Northstar Village during high traffic periods.
☆ NEIGHBORHOOD: Our quiet neighborhood is tucked away in the pines. Enjoy the hiking trails right behind the condo and only be minutes away from the Village at Northstar.

HOME TRUTHS:
- SUPPLIES: We do not provide shampoo, body soap or coffee.
- A/C: Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, our home does not have air conditioning, but we do have a ceiling fan and portable fan.
- DECK: While we try to keep the balcony clear, there may be times when you arrive to snow on the deck. We provide a snow shovel to help clear the area.
- UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter and if you would like to protect your trip for reasons not covered by the booking platform’s policies, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
- MOUNTAIN LIVING: Living in the mountains means there may be other circumstances we can’t control like weather causing wifi and power outages. Our HOA plows the parking spaces and clears snow from the stairs and walkways but you may need to use the provided shovels to clear the walkway and parking area as they can get snowed over quickly.
Please note that this rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking). The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury, if the fee has been paid. Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including poor air quality and smoke associated with wildfires, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover your cancellation, as we will not be able to offer a full refund outside the cancellation window.
