Even the HOT TUB on the second level porch has a view of the action. Located in the 'The Slick' of Waves prime kiteboarding heaven, boarding and windsurfing enthusiasts will find convenient access directly from the pier sound access. Entering the first level of the home you will find a queen bedroom with a semi-private bath and easy access from the pool area. The second level has three more bedrooms including two queen masters and one bedroom with 2 single beds all with their own TV. The gaming room makes for a nice little escape with large flat screen TV and play station. Just down the hall is the convenient full bath and laundry. The upper level has a master suite with king bed and TV and the great room with spectacular views of the sound, TV, and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up to in the off season. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with seating for 10.

Location is amazing! The house was really gross.

We absolutely loved the little house and the location. But...the house was not cleaned properly. There were many lights out in the house and outside. The outside porch really scared me bc there are so many loose walking boards and even the secure railing wasn't secure. There was standing water in the upstairs king bathroom and it smelled like pee. The vents looks like they have black mold in them, tv didn't work in that room either and the washing machine was really off track. We even checked to make sure we didn't ok very fill it. And we definitely didn't. The location and the look of the house is amazing. But OMG who ever cleans didn't do a good job.

That sunset is everything

If you are looking for a quintessential vacation in the Outer Banks, this is the house for you! Located directly on the sound with views for MILES! Wind surfers out your back door. The most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! A hot tub, pool, open living space & bedrooms galore! It was perfect! Thanks for letting us share in the adventure! We will be back!

Teammates get toghter

This property exceeded my expectations. We were 9 high school buddies getting together after 40 years to do some fishing . Everyone complemented the well managed property and awesome view. We’ll be back next year.

Waves vacation.

Nice pool, lots of steps (understatement) , not enough toilet paper, only 1/2 rolls in all bathrooms. Lower toilet did not flush properly. The amount of towels were totally inadequate. One packet per room was not enough. We went out and bought more towels. We would have brought them if we had only know. Needed to buy cleaning products for cleaning the kitchen counters.
