Unfortunately, access to the amenities provided by the community are only available to property owners and NOT available for guest use. If a guest attempts to access community amenities, including but not limited to: pool, spa, tennis, golf, gym, etc, they may be escorted off the amenity property by community security or staff.

This home is located in the Schaffer's Mill Golf Club community. Upon arrival, guest's will need to check in with the Guard Gate to gain access into the gated community. Our guests will enjoy access to the entire townhome and garage, and will be provided door codes for both the front door and the garage. Parking is not permitted on the street, so vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway.

Access to the additional community amenities, is not included as part of this rental. Unfortunately, amenities are not available to guests, and only available to property owners.
