Enjoy our historic neighborhood. This 1917 Craftsman home is in the process of being restored to its former glory. Located in historic Highland Park home of the Model-T, this over 2100 square foot house is minutes from the action of downtown Detroit & the hip vibes of Ferndale. Sitting on a street filled with beautiful homes, this area is experiencing a grand revitalization. Be a part of our story as we give this home a contemporary makeover while still embracing the deep history of the past.
The space
Huge historic home with quirks and character. Lots of timeless details and modern conveniences.

4 bedrooms and one full size bath on the 2nd floor ( this house has old pipes, the tub may be slow). Queen size beds in three of the bedrooms and a twin size in the fourth.
We are preserving the historic tile in the bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor.

Full kitchen remodeled kitchen with granite counters and amenities that include a microwave, coffeemaker (drip and pour over styles), & a convenient laundry nook with by stacked washer/dryer unit.

Two areas for dining a kitchen nook with round table to seat four and a formal dining room with seating for six.

Parking for two cars in private garage at rear of home.

WIFI access.

Relaxing TV room with 32” Smart TV.

**Home has 24 hr live exterior video surveillance at garage, front and back door that is monitored**

**NO SMOKING in our home. There is a $250 fee for smoking inside the home.**

Our house is located on a quiet residential block with excellent neighbors who look out for each other, so good relationships with them are very important to us. We kindly ask that you treat them just like you’d like to treat your own neighbors during your stay - keep noise to a minimum, don’t accidentally block their driveways, etc.
