Upstairs has queen bedroom , three rooms of double twin beds.
Two full bathrooms upstairs.
Garage has been converted into a full gaming room with fans.
Arcade machines, billiard table, fooseball , air hockey table.
Large south facing pool on large pool deck,
Pool can be heated for $38 per day.
Grill is free to use and on a pay it forward basis , if it needs gas , guests are required to take to local publix near by and get an exchange.
Free WiFi, Roku smart TVs.
Fully stocked with linens, towels, cookware and dishes.
2 car driveway and third car can park along curb.
No smoking , pets or parties allowed.
