Unbeatable location! Spacious & bright 100m2 apt occupying entire 3rd floor (no neighbors=max privacy)

A 3 min stroll to Arpoador/Ipanema Beach & 9 mins past busy shops, bars & restaurants to Copacabana Beach

Fully furnished & upgraded in Dec 2022. Everything new (beds, furniture, smart TVs, ect). Treeline view of a lovely side street in Rio’s vibrant & renowned Zona Sul

We lived in Ipanema for years & look forward to sharing this newly renovated place with our friends, family & guests!

- Kitchen & Laundry areas are fully equipped coffee maker, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, etc
- TVs in living room and main bedroom with streaming capabilities
- Wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- New mattresses and sheets, large bath towels
- A crib (pack n play) and a high chair can be provided for the little ones upon
request.
- A stylish bar in the living room
- Sound proof windows finished with safety nets and view to the green tops of native amendoeira trees.

This is a family building so we respectfully request that you do not book for parties. If you plan to have visitors, not a problem, kindly let us know details before you do.
