Fully furnished, sleeps 4, by nearby lake, nature and desirable and serene neighborhood.

No pets other than those pre-approved by owner. Pre-approved guests only.

Entire finished basement level including living/dining room, kitchen, one king and large bathroom and one queen with a second en-suite bathroom. One TV in living room and two additional TV’s one in each bedroom.

In addition to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is a full kitchen next to the dining room and living room. Full separate laundry room in the unit free to use. Total privacy and separation.

Can check in and check out independently with they key located at the lockbox. I’m available for any questions or needs guests may have.

Serene and beautiful neighborhood by a lake with nature abound, trees and beautiful landscaping.

Very spacious space ideal for families for a long vacation or long term stays such as home relocation. Home away from home.
Quiet hours 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. M-F
No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes or any kind allowed.
Any pets must be pre-approved by the owner. Please bring a scratch pads if cats have nails.
No excessive barking of dogs is allowed. We need the place to be kept quiet. If dogs are barking more than 10 minutes or intermittently or they must be muzzled or removed from the premises. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside and droppings picked up. No peeing on grass. Pets need to be off the furniture and beds since we have guests with allergies.
No overnight parking on the street. Parking must be on the driveway only on the right side (when facing the house) and as farthest away from the house as possible towards the street.
