Horrible Experience w/Owner of Property

The advertisement stated that the property could accommodate up to 99 guests, however, our group consisted of only 17 individuals, with 6 spending the night. The property owner attempted to extort additional funds from us, requesting $400 via PayPal or Zelle, due to our intention of hosting a barbecue. Our every move was closely monitored by neighbors who sat in their yard with chairs facing our front door, likely at the behest of the property owner. Midway through our stay, we received a message from the owner threatening to contact the authorities if we did not vacate the premises within 30 minutes. In my experience of renting vacation properties through VRBO at least 15 times, this was by far the worst encounter I have had. I strongly advise against renting this property.
