This unique cabin has a style all it's own. The Gnat neighbors another rental The Shoofly. Two of the newest rentals in Cotter! With prime location to all the downtown businesses and The White River Access. Bring the family or just your special fishing buddy. Relax after your day on the river in your screened in porch that overlooks Big Spring Park and the swimming hole. You may choose to grill out on the patio, make a fire, play a game of ping pong, or take a nice steam shower. This place has it all

Out of this world stay at the Gnat

Our family made the trip to Cotter to see the 2024 Eclipse. The Gnat was well appointed little fishing cabin, with tons of outdoor space on the patio and screened in porch. We loved the close access to big spring park, and I wish we were in town for warmer weather and fly fishing. Highly recommend.
