The space
This stunning waterfront property has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms only five minutes away from downtown Stuart and major attractions.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers. Its ample parking has space that can accommodate five vehicles as well as a boat and trailer up to 30 feet in length.

In addition to power and water, the dock is equipped with plenty of mooring space for vessels up to 40 feet in length.

The first living room has large sliding glass doors with screens facing the St. Lucie River. The perfect view to enjoy your sunrises and sunsets. It also has a fireplace that connects in to the second living room and a 62 inch TV.

The second living room is adjacent to the first with another opening to the pool and patio.

Kitchen equipment includes pots, plates and pans. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee and a variety of kitchen utensils and gadgets are available. Cooking enthusiasts will enjoy our high-end appliances, including two ovens and a Wolf stove.

The pool and BBQ grill provide the perfect setting for a relaxing outdoor lunch or dinner following a fun-filled day.

Master Bedroom Second Floor
The stunning master bedroom features a large french door leading to a private patio and a king size bed.
In the luxurious bathroom, you will find a clawfoot tub, a bidet, and a walk in shower that also doubles as a relaxing sauna.

Bedroom 2
Featuring a queen sized bed, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower, the bedroom has a large sliding screen door leading to the porch with a full view of the St. Lucie River.

Bedroom 3
There is a queen-sized bed in this room as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a porch, and a magnificent view of the St. Lucie River.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home with a private access to the house, backyard, dock and pool except for the following:
******Apartment suite that is occupied on the NW side of the home with its private entrance and garage. The suite does not have access to the home pool, backyard or dock.*******
The upstairs den, master bedroom closet, third bedroom closet, and fourth bedroom are all locked for storage.
