Upon stepping into this fantastic studio apartment, you'll be welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The unit boasts a thoughtfully designed open-concept living area, a snug double bed, and a dining table for two. The contemporary kitchenette comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, and all the essential utensils and cookware necessary for preparing your meals.

The apartment is meticulously adorned with stylish decor, offering a delightful and soothing ambiance. Expansive windows allow an abundance of natural light to fill the room, establishing a vibrant and cheerful environment. Stay connected using complimentary Wi-Fi, indulge in your preferred shows on the flat-screen TV featuring cable channels, or simply relax with a good book or a cup of coffee.

Damac towers is a well-maintained building that offers a range of amenities for your convenience, including a rooftop swimming pool where you can take a dip and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. There's also a fully-equipped gym, perfect for staying active during your stay.


The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
