Guest Access:
The complex features two convenient entrances. The main entrance is located off the Playa del Carmen - Cancun highway, while the secondary entrance is situated at the start of 5th Avenue. For seamless access, we will provide you with the lockbox code in advance, allowing you to retrieve the keys at your convenience.

With a strategic location, our modern apartment places you just a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of Playa del Carmen and 15 minutes from Xcaret Park. A shopping plaza is located just minutes away, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

Getting Around:
The journey from Cancun International Airport to our property is approximately 36 minutes by car, ensuring a quick and easy transition to your comfortable retreat.

We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:

Taking a taxi from the airport.
Using ride-sharing apps.
Renting a car from one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
Guests can request the use of loungers, towels, and other amenities at both the Beach Club and the Club. Please note that towels must remain within these two locations and cannot be moved elsewhere. Additionally, advance reservations are required for the Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam Room through the Club’s reception.

To enjoy the amenities of the residential complex, guests must register and notify the administration in advance.
