NEW! The Chapman! Golf/Skier paradise! Charming 1800s remodeled in-town Bethel

New High End Renovation of Large 1832 Home
The Chapman is famously known and locally adored home commanding the "top of the hill" in the historical downtown of Bethel Maine. This cozy 6BR | 3.5 BA |12 person home is quintessentially located across from the Bethel Inn overlooking the Bethel Common park, it is a very short walk for golfers, restaurant foodies, riders, xc skiers, Bethel Inn wedding parties, Gould families and a short drive to Sunday River Ski Resort, hiking, mountain biking and local watering holes for a dip.

Everyone hangs out in the kitchen. And this large brand new kitchen is designed for making family feasts, baking, coffee and craft cocktails while the rest of your crew bellies up to the bar top to watch a sports game.

The expansive, beautifully restored dining room seats everyone for celebration feasts and big family meals around a massive designer table. Surrounded in exposed original beams, Serena and Lily chandeliers, and super premium area rugs over newly refinished original floors blend this modernized historic dining room into a warm, cozy retreat for festive stay-cations.

Settle into the living room to binge a Flix or two on the 80” smart TV with industry-leading OLED resolution.

Wave to the historical tourist buffs strolling by as you grill up some local source steaks on the farmer’s porch or plop into the Adirondacks with some vino and smell the flower boxes.

The first floor is open concept with multiple leisure spaces with cozy, chic vibes. Fabulous space to entertain and convene.
The second flood features 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a 1 bunkbed room with a twin and full combo.
The third floor really speaks to the age of the property with its unique stairwell and 2 cozy bedrooms with a small full bath. The bedrooms are as follows: 2 twin bedroom and 1 full bedroom.

A One of a Kind Idyllic Home
We highly recommend staying at this one of a kind home. It is an amazing space. Every room has character, and more than one family can share quite comfortably. Our two teenagers brought a friend and everyone fell in love with this home. There are plenty of eateries, shops and activities all within walking distance. We primarily came to ski at Sunday River and the commute was seamless. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! This home will not disappoint. Thank you Amanda for a fantastic weekend. We created some great memories.
