This modern home away from home boasts a welcoming open floor plan on the first floor. The living room provides a wonderful gathering spot where you can spread out comfortably and stream entertaining movies, shows, and sports games on the large smart TV. Feeling hungry? Let the chef of the group surprise you all with exquisite homemade meals and snacks prepared in the open kitchen. The kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. The first floor also houses a coastal-themed primary suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom.

The upper floor enjoys a carpeted rec room and two additional bedrooms. This area is perfect for those who would like to watch a different series or movie than the folks downstairs. In the corner, you will discover numerous board games and a nice nook to play Tic-Tac-Toe. Additional perks include a designated laundry room on the first floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
