Located off of 14th St. in the vibrant and exciting part of town, you'll have easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and all of the exciting events happening at the inlet. The bedroom features a Queen bed and a bunk bed, additionally, there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room, providing extra sleeping space meaning this unit can accommodate up to 6 people. You'll enjoy free high speed internet wifi and there are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring and the full kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

One parking spot is available (and normally free street parking as well) for your convenience. Additionally, the living room features a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening while taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Don't miss out on this prime location that offers both comfort and convenience for your next getaway! Please note: This condo is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
