As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area that's good for entertaining and relaxing throughout your stay. There's also a large dining table that can fit six comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to make a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine to freshen up your clothes.
The apartment has three bedrooms, which are equally spacious in size. Two bedrooms contain a lush king bed, and another one with a single bed and a work desk, making it ideal for remote workers. All the beds will have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
