Boystown is known as one of the largest LGBTQ communities in the United States, making it a great place to celebrate pride and attend events throughout the year. The neighborhood is also home to Wrigley Field, the iconic stadium of the Chicago Cubs baseball team. In addition to its bustling nightlife and entertainment options, Boystown/Lakeview boasts several beautiful parks, including Belmont Harbor, which offers stunning views of Lake Michigan. The neighborhood is easily accessible by public transportation and offers a mix of historic and modern architecture. -Take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park.
-Get off at Clark/Lake station and transfer to the Brown Line train towards Kimball.

From Midway International Airport:

-Take the Orange Line train towards the Loop.
-Get off at Clark/Lake station and transfer to the Brown Line train towards Kimball.
-Get off at Belmont station and walk east on Belmont Ave. for about 5 minutes to reach West Belmont Ave.

From Downtown Chicago:

-Take the Brown Line train towards Kimball from any station located along the line.
-Get off at Belmont station and walk east on Belmont Ave. for about 5 minutes to reach West Belmont Ave.

Parking Information:

- There is no on-site parking available.
- Pay-to-park metered street parking is the primary parking option, and it's important to note that the cost can vary and may be on the higher side. - Morning rush hour restrictions: No parking on the same side of the street as the building from 7 am to 9 am.
- Evening rush hour restrictions: No parking on the opposite side of the street from 4 pm to 6 pm.
- Given the limited availability of street parking, we recommend using the SpotHero app for convenient parking options.
- Please note that free street parking can be challenging to find, especially since Belmont and Ashland are metered parking areas.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats (limited to 2 cats) and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
