The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The property also has a beautiful shared pool, an indoor health club and a sauna.

Jumeirah Bay X1 is located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers community, a 5-minute walk to Sobha Metro station. In the community, there are a lot of residential and business centres, and Dubai Marina Mall is 1.7 km away.
Around the area, there's an expansive lake view where you can relax with the breeze, enjoy long walks and morning runs or even ride a Careem bike or scooter to explore the area. The ground floor of the building has various restaurants to choose from and across the whole lake with access from the basement area to different cuisines.
There are salons, for both men and women, nail shops, pharmacies and laundry stores, supermarkets and more.
The Dubai tram in Marina is also interconnected to Sobha Metro station.
This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
