Great Downtown Home in Historic Clarksville at the 6th and Blanco District. This charming , cozy and romantic old house is a Duplex located in the Clarksville Castle Hill Historic District in Downtown Austin. The Clarksville Neighborhood is in the National Historic Register called the Castle Hill Historic District. Wi-fi is available. A TV is located in the living room and in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed to cook full meals. An upright washer and dryer is located in the bathroom. There is also a large executive desk located in the bedroom. The house also has a large outside deck right off the living room door to enjoy the beautiful Austin weather while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage.
