As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

There are four bedrooms. Two have a queen bed. One has a king bed, and one with a single bed. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on.

Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

As far as locations go, there's no denying the allure of Dubai Marina. Skyscrapers are poised alongside the winding canal, where luxury yachts await their next outing patiently.

The area extends from Al Sufouh Road and includes Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and has forged itself as one of the city's most popular neighbourhoods.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 22-minute walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
