The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a delightful king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our apartment offers a pool view; however, please note that women are not permitted to swim in it.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Riah Tower is a fantastic property situated in the vibrant city of Dubai. This luxurious tower is surrounded by many attractions, including the stunning Zabeel Park, where you can immerse yourself in nature's beauty. For a unique experience, visit the Dubai Dolphinarium and witness the incredible performances of these intelligent creatures. Creek Park is also nearby, offering a serene escape from bustling city life. Families with children will love exploring Children's City, a fun-filled educational centre. And for nature enthusiasts, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a must-visit, where you can observe various fascinating bird species. Near to Midtown Martial Arts Club, Palazzo Versace and less than 15 minutes to Dubai Mall, 6 minutes drive to Hospital, and 10 minutes walk to the metro station (Jaddaf).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Dubai Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
