- This is a BRAND NEW home with a HUGE owners suite with attached private ensuite, a King Bed & Walk-in Closet!
- Our house features THREE FULL washrooms and a half bathroom on the main floor . Two of these washrooms are attached ensuites and the other one is located in main hallway upstairs.
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Secure attached double garage available for use!
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, if you open the windows it will help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.
Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 3 king size beds and 1 queen bed, all located upstairs, and one queen bed on the main floor as well. We also have a large comfortable queen pull out bed in the living room - perfect for kids!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances.
