Welcome to 300 Pebble Drive #316. Located in Creekwood just a few minutes from Downtown Rehoboth.

Newly updated 2-bedroom 2 bath condo! Located on the East Side of Rt. 1, you have a very short drive to Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk; only 5 miles to Lewes Beach. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. Unit sleeps 5 comfortably with a King bed in the master and a Queen and Twin in the guest room. There is a blow-up mattress for an additional person to sleep. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch. Community offers an outdoor pool. There is plenty of parking outside of the condo. Unit offers streaming services. There is not cable. This unit is located on the second floor, there is no elevator. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are provided in the closet on the screened porch. There is 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit provided for your stay. Renters will be responsible for replacement costs if City permit, and pool bands/fobs are not returned.

Our cancellation policy states that the processing fee is non-refundable. If the guest cancels, guest will forfeit all monies if the unit is not re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, guest will forfeit 30% of the total rent due.
You will be emailed check-in procedures and your smart lock door code. No need to come to the office to pick up keys, you will go straight to the house at check-in.
