Welcome to our newly constructed cabin nestled on 1.5 acres of serene land, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the 5,000 acres of Ouachita National Forest. Located near Beaver's Bend Lake, Mountain Fork River, and all the exciting activities in Hochatown, this cabin offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for your getaway.

This pet-friendly cabin welcomes up to 2 dogs under 50lbs each for a fee of $125 per pet, ensuring that your furry friends can join in on the fun.

The living room is a cozy retreat with a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, throw blankets, shuffleboard, dog kennel, loads of games, and a big screen HDTV with DirectTV for your entertainment.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs during your stay. From standard appliances to a Keurig K-cup/coffee pot duo, waffle maker, full knife set, toaster, mixer, air fryer, crock pot, grilling tools, ice machine, drinkware, flatware, and dishware, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The dining table seats 11 guests, while the island bar accommodates 3, making it perfect for family gatherings or group meals.

The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the right side of the downstairs area and offer a luxurious and comfortable space for relaxation. It features a spacious king-size bed with nightstands on both sides, a large dresser for storage, and a big-screen HDTV with DirectTV for entertainment. The room is equipped with throw blankets for added coziness. The ensuite bathroom is a haven of indulgence, featuring a walk-in shower, a soaker tub for ultimate relaxation, a toilet, and a closet for storage. Additionally, the room provides direct access to the back patio, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space. The closet also includes robes and portable fans with hangers for convenience.

The Queen Double Bedroom and Bathroom, located on the left side of the downstairs area, offer a spacious and inviting atmosphere. It features two comfortable queen beds, a nightstand, and a large dresser for storage. Guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV with DirectTV. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet. Like the Master Bedroom, this room also provides direct access to the back patio, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space. The closet is equipped with robes and portable fans, ensuring a comfortable stay, and includes hangers for convenience.

The second Queen Double Bedroom and Bathroom, situated upstairs, provides a cozy and comfortable space for guests. It features two queen beds, a nightstand, and a large dresser for storage. Guests can unwind and enjoy their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV with DirectTV. The bathroom is shared with the bunkroom and offers a walk-in shower, a soaker tub for relaxation, and a toilet. The room also includes throw blankets for added comfort.

The Bunk Room/Game room, located upstairs, is a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. It features two double-stacked queen bunk beds with trundles, accommodating up to 12 guests. The room also includes a pool table and a big-screen HDTV with DirectTV, providing ample entertainment options for guests.

The outdoor living area is designed for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation. It offers an abundance of patio furniture, allowing guests to lounge and soak up the sun. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking, and a gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance. Guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the big screen HDTV with DirectTV while enjoying the outdoor space. The area also includes cornhole boards for some friendly competition and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.

General Information - Full-size double washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 22, with no exceptions.

**Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area.**if

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
