Relax in total comfort in our Topanga House. Kick back and enjoy the abundant nature that surrounds us. Located between the Pacific Ocean and the Valley you are also minutes away from every modern convience LA has to offer. We are adjacent to the Topanga State Park, think Central Park times 1000. It is a huge 3000 acre wilderness with many trails, and natural features. Biking is allowed on many trails.. and hiking.. Dogs are allowed in a different part of the canyon, not in the State Park.

I am a Cinematographer who grew up in New Mexico with no running water and no electricity. I love Topanga because it is in the middle of Nature, but near everything that LA has to offer.

What makes this property unique

With a natural spring, several buildings, this is a compound. Several people live on the property but we all have our respectiful privacy. Its a great way to have community but have privacy at the same time.
