As a realtor since 1997 I love real estate life! Adding my vacation rentals to my story has been a fun experience, because I love to make people happy and have them enjoy their vacation time! Everyone is in a great mood on vacation and sending lots of positive energy, which makes it fun to give them locations they can enjoy! When I am not working I love to boat, relax in a pool, travel in my RV, or cruise in my 59 T-bird! Life is short, tomorrow not promised, live each day to the fullest!
Why they chose this property
This property was location, location, location! With it being one block from the beach when I saw it I knew this was the one for my first vacation rental! Lots of blood sweet and tears later and plenty of updating over the years, I think its a great property y'all will enjoy!
What makes this property unique
Not only is it one block to the Seawall/Beach, it is walking distance to some great restaurants, and close to Pleasure Pier, Historic Downtown, and Moody Gardens just to name a few!
