This two-story home is located on the south side of Meridian, about five miles from such family-friendly attractions as Wahooz Family Fun Zone, Roaring Springs Water Park, and the Children's Museum of Idaho. Downtown Boise is an easy 15-mile drive to the east.

As a brand-new build, the house enjoys an airy, thoughtful layout, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout. On the main floor, find a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, ample space to dine at the kitchen island and in the adjacent dining room, and a living room with a soft sectional and a smart TV for your evening entertainment. A second living room with a smart TV awaits upstairs, alongside all three bedrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite with its own bathroom; another can double as a home office for remote work.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
