nice place good communication

it was a really nice place to stay, very comfortable beds/couches & the bathrooms were very spacious and had great lighting. convenient location, by the beach and near a lot of restaurant and there was free valet which helped. the host was very fast at replying and made sure we settled in well.

Sunny Isles stay

Condo was as advertised. The booking should show that there is no view with the backside of a building in the way. Seating chairs outside should be replaced. The chairs are not comfortable. Explanation of how TV works should be provided.

Easy and delightful

We are 2 senior women. We had no car but didnt need it. The location steps from the beach with chairs and umbrella.. perfect. Responsiveness to issues that arose, quick and helpful. Leonid and his sons were most accommodating. There is no sun on the balcony but we were happy for that. We ate on the balcony and used our computers outside. Steps from grocery shopping and many restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.
