Welcome to Salsbury Avenue Inn. This historic home, built in 1914, has been lovingly preserved and updated with modern amenities. Just 3 blocks from downtown Cody, the home features a hot tub in the private backyard and numerous spaces to gather both indoors and out.
Enter the home on the sunporch and into the comfortable living room with smart tv- a great place to relax. Additional seating and television in the main level bonus room. A queen size bedroom and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. The custom dining table and chairs in the dining room lead to the renovated kitchen. Preparing meals is a breeze in the spacious and well appointed kitchen, featuring a center island with seating. The convenient laundry room opens to the backyard oasis with hot tub, dining space, grill and water fountain.
Upstairs, you will find four additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a twin size trundle bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed, Bedrooms 4 and 5 have queen size beds. The upstairs bathroom has a step in shower. A balcony on the upper level is a great spot to catch a sunrise or sunset.
