Cute private location

We loved the decor and how there was a patio upstairs with a nice view of the ocean. There was also a grill area where we cooked carne asada. The inside of the house had a lot of utensils too. Inside, the beds were comfortable. Overall a very a nice stay for our family reunion!

Hi , we are a married couple offering property rentals in this fine private, gated community in Rosarito Beach.

Why they chose this property

Some years ago we got the opportunity to obtain this a property in this excellent community; We had visited this community as kids, and knew it was an excellent community. We loved it here , our family grew coming here often, spending time in the Beach restaurant and pool, and on the beach. We felt very safe here, and when the opportunity came we started to grow our rental property business all in this community.

What makes this property unique

This is our first property we obtained. We have made it grow from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms allowing more guests to stay, for a very reasonable price. It has a deck or a small patio if you prefer the shade. You can easily buy groceries walking distance, go to the pool, the green playing ground area or the beach, everything walking distance and feeling safe within the community and surrounding areas. When you visit our house here you will understand why in the middle of downtown we decided to invest in this community close to everything in Rosarito Beach, but just enough away from all the loud noise from clubs.
