Booked our stay, never received an email from the host, we’re not able to access this location, had to book a hotel. Several emails were sent to the host with no reply.

No communication at all

We weren’t there because we were not able to check in. The host didn’t answer any of our messages, also the vrbo support was not willing to help. We arrived in Vancouver and the first thing we had to do, was booking another hotel. Very disappointing!
