About this property

Wake up to spectacular sunrises! Breathtaking views of the water, meadows, and Atlantic City skyline. First floor has an open layout with Living room, dining room, family room combination. New kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Washer and dryer and half bath.
Large enclosed rear yard with gas fire pit and gas Barbecue grill. Great for entertaining, or for kids and dogs to run and play. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. The spacious master bedroom with king bed has a balcony overlooking the meadows, water, and skyline. The master has it's own bathroom. Two more bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Hall bath.
Beach chairs, beach badges, and utilities included. You can see the Tropicana Saturday night fireworks from the rear yard or balcony.
Available from July 8th to August 18th. $3,500 a week two week minimum rental. Technically not walking distance to the beach. But walking distance to pickleball complex, ski beach summer concerts, and shopping.
