Our Elegant Zen Studio is inspired by visual aesthetics of Southeast Asia, based on a very interesting mix of noble materials such as bamboo and silk, giving it peaceful and warm atmosphere. The dining nook catches the sun and natural light and provides a spectacular view of Las Rambles. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat!
The space
We decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas.

It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there.

We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one.

This apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, just at the beginning of Las Ramblas, famed for its myriad of shopping and dining opportunities. Buy fresh produce at La Boquería Market, 4 minutes away, and browse the nearby Picasso Museum.

Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building.

Guests have access to the entire studio.
Other things to note
1. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows:

Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of €5.50 euros+10%vat (from April 2024) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum.


2. It is also important to note that when you check-in, it is obligatory* for us to make a copy of your official ID (Passport, National ID for EU citizens, etc.)

It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments
located in Catalonia to register there. (Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of 5 August, on the obligation for registration and communication to the Directorate General of the Police of persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia.)
